PAMELA'S BANANA BREAD image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup banana, mashed
1-3/4 cups Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
1/3 cup flax seeds, fresh ground
1/3 to 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Beat together oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, pulverized walnuts and banana. Add the flour, flax seeds and salt and mix together. Add chocolate and mix. Pour into a large greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
