OZARK PUDDING image

Well my fathers family is from the ozarks in Arkansas!!!!

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
4 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 c chopped apples
1 c chpped nuts (your choice) mine is walnuts)
2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. Beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Combine flour,baking powder,salt and spices. Blend into sugar mixture.
  • 2. Add apple,nuts and vanilla. Place in greased 10by6inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve with cool whip or ice cream.
