There's nothing more satisfying than the taste of freshly barbequed beef on a grill. Here's a recipe for those days when you cannot use your outdoor grill. Its easy! I've made this many times! This recipe was posted on the Internet by a cook named Annieamie. The photo is my own.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Add all of the dry spices together in a bowl and mix.
- 3. Sprinkle the entire roast with the dry seasonings, rubbing them well into the meat.
- 4. Place the beef into a baking pan.
- 5. Sprinkle the liquid smoke over the meat.
- 6. Cover the pan completely with foil and place in oven for 60 minutes.
- 7. Remove foil and bake for 15 to 30 minutes, (depending on how rare you prefer your beef) and allow the top to brown.
- 8. Remove beef from oven, cover and let the beef rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- 9. Slice against the grain and serve.
