OVEN FRIED CATFISH
Steps:
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish. Spray all sides of fish with cooking spray, and lightly coat fish with corn flake mixture. Arrange fish in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Spray tops of fillets with cooking spray. Bake @ 350 for 30 min.
