Oven-Crusty Fish image

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 cups Kellogg's® corn flakes (crushed to 1 cup) or 1 cup Kellogg's® corn flake crumbs
1 pound fish fillet, fresh or frozen, thawed
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon salt
4 teaspoons vegetable oil or melted margarine

Steps:

  • 1. Place KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal in shallow dish. Set aside.2. Cut fish into serving pieces allowing about 1/4 pound for each serving.3. Combine milk and salt in small dish. Dip fish in milk, then in cereal to coat. Place on shallow baking pan coated well with cooking spray or lined with foil and coated with cooking spray. Drizzle fish with vegetable oil.4. Bake at 375°F about 20 minutes or until fish flakes and is done.. Serve hot.
