Oven BBQ Pork Steaks image

This is a family favorite. We have these several times a month. They are so easy to fix yet taste great.

4 large pork steaks, thick cut
1 c bbq sauce, choose your favorite.

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line roasting pan with aluminum foil
  • 2. Place Pork Steaks in pan and brush BBQ sauce over each one being sure to get some on the sides as well.
  • 3. Turn over every 30 minutes and reapply BBQ sauce. The sauce doesn't have to go on thick, you just want to have a thin coat. Bake for 1.5 hours.
