Mothers Potato Salad image

This was my Mother recipe.Always have to make it for cover dish meals.I always serve my before it is refrigerated

Number Of Ingredients 6

10 large potatoes
6 eggs, hard boiled & chopped
1 small jar sweet relish pickles
1 large onion chopped
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard

Steps:

  • 1. Cut potatoes in cubes cook till done. Boil eggs and chop. Mix everything together. Serve warm or cold
