Oriental Meatloaf Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 15

Topping:
1 1/2 lbs ground round
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 to 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
3 Tbsp Ketchup
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tpsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Steps:

  • Mix all meatloaf ingredients together (except topping stuff) and shape into a loaf, place in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for about an hour. Remove from oven, drain off fat, mix topping and spread over meatloaf, bake an additional 10 minutes and serve.
