Orange Yogurt Smoothie - Moroccan image

Found this recipe on About.com, under the Moroccan Food section, and I am posting for ZWT. Here is what is stated about the drink: "This drink is best well-chilled, so blend with a generous handful of ice. Optional powdered milk adds frothy creaminess."

2 cups orange juice
1 orange, peeled and broken into wedges (seedless)
1 cup plain yogurt (or vanilla flavored)
2 tablespoons powdered milk (optional)
sugar (optional)
7 -8 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
