Orange Streusel Coffee Cake image

Number Of Ingredients 13

2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 rind of orange, grated
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c milk
1/2 c orange juice
1/3 c oil
1/4 c flour
1/4 c sugar
2 Tbsp grated orange rind
2 Tbsp butter

Steps:

  • 1. Sift the first 4 ingredients into a large bowl and then add the grated orange zest.
  • 2. Make a well in the center and pour in the egg, milk, orange juice and oil.
  • 3. Stir just enough to moisten.
  • 4. Pour into a 9\" square pan.
  • 5. Sprinkle the well mixed streusel ingredients, evenly over the top.
  • 6. Bake in a 350 oven for about 30 minutes.
