Orange Spice Yeast Bread (Bread Machine) image

I can't wait to try this very different yeast bread recipe that I found on the internet. Can't go wrong with the flavors of orange zest and spices together. Cook time is according to your bread machine.

Number Of Ingredients 11

2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
5 tablespoons butter
1 grated orange, zest of
3 cups bread flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon clove
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Steps:

  • Place ingredients in bread machine in order as per manufacturers directions.
  • Use light baking or sweet bread setting.
