Steps:
- Slice halfway through each breast or thigh 3 to 5 times (season with salt and pepper if desired).
- Rub a little brown sugar on each piece and place in a 9 x13" pan.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Pour orange soda over chicken just to cover then bake an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken and thicken sauce with cornstarch and water. Serve chicken with sauce on top.
