Place next 6 ingredients in skillet and bring to boil. Reduce heat and place chops over rice. Cover and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.3. Place an apple slice on top of each chop. Cook 15 minutes longer, until all liquid is absorbed.4. Remove chops and apple. Stir in orange zest, orange pieces, and parsley.
