Orange Pineapple Cake image

My Nanna passed this on to me because we all loved it so much. It starts with a box mix so it's super quick and easy to make.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 box(es) yellow cake mix
11 ounce(s) can mandarin oranges with juice
1/2 cup(s) oil
4 - eggs
28 ounce(s) can crushed pineapple wih juice
1 box(es) 3 0z vanilla instant pudding
1 package(s) 10 0z whipped topping

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 325 degrees. grease 9"x13" pan.
  • Mash mandarin oranges with a fork. Combine with cake mix, oil, and eggs. Beat for 2 mimutes. Pour into pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together pineapple and pudding. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled cake. Refridgerate. Decorate with additional fruit if desired.
