12 ounces vermicelli
1 tablespoon Accent seasoning
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
3/4 lb shrimp, cooked and peeled
1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup ripe olives, sliced

Steps:

  • One day before serving, cook pasta according to package directions.
  • In a large bowl, mix pasta, Accent, lemon juice, oil and seasoned salt.
  • Refrigerate and marinate overnight.
  • On the day of serving, fold the shrimp and remaining ingredients into pasta.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
