Number Of Ingredients 7

8 oz mascarpone cheese (room temp)
8 oz cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp grated orange (fine)
1 Tbsp contreau (liqueur) (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c heavy cream (whipped)

Steps:

  • 1. Beat all ingredients except heavy cream, until smooth in food processor or mixing bowl. Gently fold in whipped cream. Can be refrigerated up to 3 days.
