Orange Chicken Wraps image

1 pound ground chicken
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup mandarin oranges (drained and patted dry)
4-6 tortillas, lettuce shells, or servings of rice/quinoa

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until cooked all the way through.
  • Once cooked, sprinkle on your garlic salt, and mix until well combined.
  • Add your orange juice, teriyaki sauce and barbecue sauce, until well combined.
  • Let the mixture bubble, and thicken for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add your mandarin oranges.
  • Let mixture heat up for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove from stovetop and serve over rice, quinoa, tortillas, or lettuce shells.
  • Eat and enjoy.
