2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
2 tsp. water
1 tsp. honey
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers, snow peas), thawed, drained
2 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

Steps:

  • Mix cornstarch, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, water and honey until blended.
  • Heat oil in nonstick wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat and vegetables; stir-fry 4 min. or until meat is done. Stir in orange juice mixture; simmer on medium-low heat 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Serve over rice.
