- 1. Dip chicken into egg and milk mixture.
- 2. Mix together flour, baking power, salt, paprika, pepper, nuts and sesame seeds'.
- 3. Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture.
- 4, Melt butter in shallow baking pan. Put coated chicken pieces in pan, turning to butter both sides.
- 5. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, turn pieces over and bake for additional 30 minutes or until tender.
