Steps:
- Heat dressing in large deep skillet on medium heat. Add sausage; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
- Add peppers, tomatoes and water; stir. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min.
- Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. or until liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with cheese.
