Steps:
- Par boil the potatoes in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool until you can slice them into thin rounds.
- Place some olive oil in a large skillet. Brown the sausage and remove to a plate. Place a little more olive oil in the skillet and add the potatoes, red bell pepper, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until potatoes are browned. Add the sausage back and the lemon juice. Cook until warmed through
