Steps:
- 1. Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick and microwave 6 to 10 minutes.
- 2. While potatoes cook, toss beef with garlic pepper and heat oil in large skillet over high heat; add beef and toss 3 minutes.
- 3. Remove beef.
- 4. Add green pepper to skillet; toss 3 minutes.
- 5. Add potatoes; saute 5 minutes.
- 6. Add beef; toss until heated through.
- 7. Season with salt.
