Number Of Ingredients 9

1 3/4 c flour
1 1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
6 medium peeled ,cored & sliced apples
1 1/2 stick melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c sour cream

Steps:

  • 1. Butter 9 x 11 " baking dish then mix Flour , 3/4 c. of sugar, salt, baking powder together then mix with sliced apples & place in dish. then...
  • 2. Beat the 2 eggs till foamy mix in 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla & the 1/2 c. sour cream & the melted butter blend together well & spread over over apple mixture.
  • 3. Bake at 400* about 35 to 40 minutes till golden & done. Smells wonderful & so tasty.
