This is just a made up quick twist to my regular potatoes and onions that I fry in vegetable oil. My husband is my best critic and he is actually a great cook too!

Steps:
- 1. Peel. wash, and cut potatoes in thin slices. Peel onion and cut onion in thin slices. Heat olive oil and add potatoes and onions. Sautee until potatoes and onions are nearly done. Sprinkle seasonings and continue to cook. Press spatula and see if potatoes are soft. When soft take up and serve. This goes great with grilled meat and baked meat.
