Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine dry and mix, then add wet and mix well. Spread mixture on a rimmed baking sheet in an even layer.
- Beat 2 egg whites til very frothy (use wisk). Mix in lightly egg whites (helps to clump granola together).
