Olive Garden Chicken Marsala Copycat image

Once you try this Olive Garden copycat recipe for a tender and juicy chicken marsala, you'll never eat out again! Pair it with mashed potatoes or some vegetables for a filling meal.

Number Of Ingredients 7

5 Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
1 cup Mushrooms
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Dry Marsala Wine
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano

Steps:

  • In a large bowl mix the flour, oregano, salt, and pepper. Then coat the chicken breasts with the mixture, shaking off any excess. Warm up the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and brown on all sides. Add the mushroom and pour in the wine. Then bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes. Chicken should be cooked through.Serve and enjoy!
