Steps:
- Combine diced potatoes, salt and pepper in large bowl, Combine dressing ingredients and pour over still warm potatoes, mixing thoroughly. Let stand in refrigerator at least 2 hours; overnight is preferred. Add green onions, sweet pickles and diced eggs. Garnish with additional eggs, pepper rings and paprika, if desired. Serve chilled.
