Oh My Mocha Cookies image

I use my family's favorite triple fudge cake mix for these cookies. Combined with the chocolate chips, it's a true chocolate lover's dream. The added hint of coffee flavor is subtle and delicious. Think about starting your morning off with one of THESE... Yum!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 boxed chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c butter room temp
2 oz coffee..i use leftovers from my morning coffee
1 1/2 c chocolate chips
1/2 tsp vanilla
powdered sugar to sprinkle on top of cookie

Steps:

  • 1. preheat oven to 350
  • 2. cream togather butter, egg, vanilla then coffee
  • 3. add cake mix
  • 4. add chocolate chips
  • 5. Bake cookies on ungreased cookie sheet 9-11 min When slightly cooled sprinkle powdered sugar on top
  • 6. Serve with a large glass of milk and enjoy =)
