Steps:
- Mix oatmeal and sugars in large bowl. Add melted butter and stir. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees F. Crust will be soft when done. Leave out uncovered until completely cooled, or overnight.
- When crust is complete, cover in peanut butter. Then in double boiler or microwave, melt your package of chocolate chips. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top of bars until covered.
- Place in fridge until chocolate is solid again. Cut bars 4 across and 6 down, making 24 large bars.
