These are very good cookies. They cook out flat so you can actually use a filling between them if you want. But I like them just the way they are.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325. Line several cookie sheets with foil and spray with Pam.
- 2. Stir together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and set aside. Melt butter & margarine together.
- 3. Beat egg well and add, in this order, both sugars, butter & margarine, molasses, milk and oatmeal.
- 4. Now add to that, in this order, the flour mixture, raisins and nuts and mix well.
- 5. Drop by teaspoonsful onto greased cookie sheets & bake at 325 for 10-15 minutes.
