Chewy Oatmeal and Pecan Praline cookies are moist and yummy. Buttery bits of candy brittle make these extra-delicious oatmeal cookies!

2 cups (200g) old-fashioned rolled oats ((not instant or quick-cooking))
3/4 cup (150g) (packed) dark brown sugar
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs ((cold, not room temperature))
1 to 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
