NYT SAUMON GRILLE A LA DANOISE (GRILLED DILLED SALMON FILLETS) image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 whole salmon
1/4 c. veg or corn oil
3 TBS finely chopped dill
salt & freshly ground black pepper
4 TBS melted butter
4 thin slices lemon for garnish, parsley sprigs for garnish.

Steps:

  • Put salmon in dish, add oil, dill, salt & pepper. Blend well. Put in fridge briefly, turning in marinade several times. Preheat grill and grill salmon. Brush with melted butter. Garnish with lemon slices and parley sprigs.
