Number Of Ingredients 6

2 1/2 sticks of butter
8 tablespoons confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons ice water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups flour
2 cups chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. At low speed mix the soft butter and sugar. Mix in all the ingredients 2. Shape in little long fingers. Place on a cookie sheet. (un-greased) 3. Bake about 30 minutes at low heat, 300 to 325. 4. Shake in paper bag of powdered sugar after cookies are cooled. Comments: Yow family recipe. Favorite of Leslie at Christmas
