Steps:
- Sauté onion, celery, carrots and garlic cloves in olive oil over medium heat, 8 minutes; let cool to touch. Mix with ground beef, sweet Italian sausagedry breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, ketchup, Dijon mustard, rosemary and salt and pepper; blend well. Place in/on pan. Top with desired topping (bacon or ketchup and onions). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool 15 minutes.
