Steps:
- In large bowl, combine flours, sugar, baking soda and salt, mixing well. In a medium bowl combine egg, milk and vanilla, mixing well. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in wet liquid, mixing just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Heat non-stick griddle or pan. Lightly oil pan and pour on the batter to form pancakes. Flip when bubbles form and pancakes are lightly brown.
