NORDSTROM'S SUMMER SALAD WITH VINEGARETTE DRESSING image

2 cups Corn, fresh or frozen (I buy C&W
petite white & golden corn frozen) Cook according to
package directions
1 each Avocado -- diced into 1/2 inch
pieces
2 cups Cherry vine-ripened tomatoes -- halved
1/2 cup Red onion -- finely chopped
2 teaspoons Fresh Tarragon -- Chopped
1 Tablespoon Fresh parsley -- Chopped
1 Jar Feta cheese (Von's has the glass jars in the deli
section that are seasoned in oil & herbs) - cubed

Steps:

  • Combine the corn, avocado, tomatoes, and onion into a large glass bowl. Pour Vinigarette salad dressing over the salad and toss.
