This is a traditional Jewish good eats! This was given to me bay a co-worker from Barbados. I made it for my family at Easter time around 5 years ago and now it is requested for Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving.

Steps:
- Cook and drain Noodles.
- In large bowl mix other ingredients together.
- Add in noodle to mixture.
- Place in a casserole dish or baking foil dish.
- Sprinkle top with more cinnamon (optional).
- Bake at a preheated 375' oven for an hour.
- Let warm and enjoy.
