How to make No Peeking Allowed Beef Casserole

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 pounds stew meat cut into 1-inch cubes
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 cup beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package mushrooms

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients. Stir together well. Add to slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 12 hours, or cook on HIGH for 5 to 6 hours.
  • Serve over noodles or rice if desired.
