No Knead Rolls image

Number Of Ingredients 6

6 1/2 c flour
2 pkg active dry yeast
2 c warm water
1/2 c sugar
1 large egg
1/4 c oil

Steps:

  • 1. Dissolve yeast and 1/4 cup sugar in very warm water.
  • 2. Add oil and egg. Stir in 1/2 cup of lour and 1/4 cup sugar.Mix well and add remaining flour to make stiff dough.
  • 3. Place in an oiled bowl and let rise until doubled in bulk.
  • 4. Poke dough down and make into rolls.
  • 5. Place in an oiled pan and let rise again.
  • 6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
