No Fuss Smashed Potatoes image

Garlic and unpeeled red potatoes are smashed together with Parmesan in this no-fuss recipe. A bit of fresh parsley makes it look festive.

2 lb. red potatoes (about 5), unpeeled, cut into chunks
5 cloves garlic
1/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Add potatoes and garlic to large saucepan boiling water; cook 20 min. or until tender. Drain; return to saucepan.
  • Mash potatoes and garlic with dressing and cheese until light and fluffy.
  • Sprinkle with parsley.
