Low carb and great alternative to all that crust that comes on pizza. Nothing but the good stuff here. You can add whatever toppings that you want.

Steps:
- 1. In a non stick skillet arrange mozzarella cheese in a even layer.
- 2. Top with pepperoni and sprinkle with oregano and basil.
- 3. Place over medium heat and cook until cheese is melted and bubbling and the edges are browned. Remove from heat and let cool a bit so the cheese sets.
- 4. Serve with warm pizza sauce sprinkled with parm
