NO CRUST COCONUT PIE image

Yield 2 pies

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 eggs beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. whole milk
3/4 stick oleo melted
3/4 c. flour
1 T. vanilla
2 c. tropical flake coconut

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir until well blended. Grease 2 9" pie plates. Divide mixture evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
