No Bake Cherry Cheesecake image

This is absolutely delish! I think the secret is marshmallows! My mom had asked her sister-in-law for this recipe, she gave her the runaround...but my mom payed attention while her sis-in-law made them...and this is the result of just "looking" LOL. Super simple and yum-oh! I usually prepare these at night so they could firm over...

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 keebler graham pie crusts
1 lb knudsen sour cream
1 lb kraft marshmallows
1 pkg phillidelphia cream cheese 8oz
1 stick butter
1 can(s) comstock or wilderness cherry pie filling/topping

Steps:

  • 1. In med bowl, cream together sour cream and cream cheese until smooth ( i usually microwave cream cheese for 30 seconds to soften a bit) set aside.
  • 2. On stove top over med heat melt butter, add marshmallows little at a time until smooth. When done quickly mix well with the cream cheese and sour cream until there is no yellow streaks of butter.
  • 3. Pour mixture equally into the two pie crusts. Place in fridge until firm. Top with cherry topping!
