Steps:
- 1. In large bowl place pudding mix, vanilla, and milk. Blend well with mixer.
- 2. Add softened cream cheese to pudding mixture.
- 3. Mix well.
- 4. Fold in Cool Whip starting with mixer and ending with a rubber spatula.
- 5. Make sure not to overmix.
- 6. Pour into pie crust.
- 7. Cover and place in the fridge for a couple of hours until cool.
- 8. Serve with pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc). I usually place pie filling can in the fridge alongside the pie to chill it as well.
