This is a great party dip, and a good way to serve black-eyed peas during a New-Years celebration!

Steps:
- 1. Rinse and drain peas and corn; place in large bowl. Dice vegetables; add. Add seasoning, salt and pepper and bottle of salad dressing. Stir til well combined.
- 2. This is best if made the day before and refrigerator to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with Tortilla chips or crackers.
- 3. You can make this your own by adding anything to your liking. If I have cilantro on hand; it usually goes in.
