Steps:
- 1. Season ribs with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning and sear your ribs in a countertop electric skillet or cooker in a little bit of oil till brown. Now, cook your ribs and onions on medium heat 300 degrees (in same pan) and add water as needed about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs till tender. Add the other seasonings at this time to the ribs that are cooking in pan. Then put your kraut in and let it come to a boil and then turn back down heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- 2. Cooked potatoes in pressure cooker, then mashed and added butter, salt and pepper.
- 3. Cooked up fresh green beans in pressure cooker and seasoned. Oh, bake your rolls too.
- 4. Ok, plate up and you are ready to eat your traditional New Year's Day meal.
- 5. Take a guess what football team my Dad (John) is a die hard fan of? hehe
