Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredient
- 2. Knead dough until smooth and shiny. (If not smooth add a little water)
- 3. Allow dough to rise in greased bowl till almost doubled in size.
- 4. Punch down in center, place in greased NE roll pan. Stretch to corners. (If resistant allow to rest a bit then stretch)
- 5. Place a greased baking sheet on top and weigh down. Let dough rise till about 1/2 inch below top.
- 6. Bake with cover for 18 minutes.
- 7. Remove cover bake 5 more minutes till golden brown.
- 8. Let cool. Remove from pan. Slice and slit buns!
