Neiman Marcus $250.00 Chocolate Chip Cookies image

This cookie recipe is very similar to Mrs. Fields cookies, except that it calls for nuts.

Number Of Ingredients 13

2 c butter
2 c sugar
2 c brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 c flour
5 c blended oatmeal(place in blender till oatmeal is fine powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 8 oz. chocolate bar, grated
3 c chopped nuts

Steps:

  • 1. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time, till thoroughly mixed. Add vanilla, mix with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add rest of ingredients. Bake 6 minutes only at 375 degrees in the oven. Let cool on cokkie sheet before removing. Makes 112 cookies.
