1/2 Cup Sugar
2 TBS Flour
9" Filo Dough
Nectarines/Peaches
1 Egg Yolk
1 TBS Cream or Water
1 TBS Cold Butter

Steps:

  • Unroll dough... Poke holes in dough with fork... Spread mix of flour and sugar over dough... Spread fruit... Brush border with yolk/cream mix... Spread pieces of butter over fruit... Cook at 400 for 18-20 minutes.
