Steps:
- 1. Set oven at 350 degrees. 2. In a large bowl, combine nectarines, blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla. Stir until fruit is coated. 3. Pour filling into one of the pie shells and invert the second shell over it. Crimp edges and press with fork to seal. Cut holes in top crust so steam can escape. 4. Place a baking sheet on the lower rack of the oven to catch juices. Set the pie on middle rack and bake for 45 minutes. 5. Remove from oven. Brush top crust with egg and sprinkle with sugar; return to oven for 15 minutes.
